All information, products and services displayed on the www.banayega.com website constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. www.banayega.com website has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason thereof.
In order to use the www.banayega.com website belonging to Banayega, you (The User) have accepted the following terms and conditions given below reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
You (The User) are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use the www.banayega.com website of Banayega.
1. We have made every effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate.
2. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Banayega will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on www.banayega.com. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.
4. Banayega will take “Full Responsibility” of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities, where we used “Private Courier Companies” (eg. Blue Dart, First Flight,Pafex, DHL etc.) to ship your order.
5. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
- Request for cancellations of orders once placed on www.banayega.com shall not be entertained after 12 hours.7. Banayega reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.8. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Banayega for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.9. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Banayega reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Banayega has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of www.banayega.com without prior intimation whatsoever.10. Banayega will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.11. Banayega shall not entertain any complaints after 3 days, once the order is delivered.
12. Your order may take 3-7 working days to deliver (Saturday and Sunday are non-working days) so be patient.
Returns and cancellation Policy
How do I cancel an order on Banayega.com?
If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order because we try our best to delivery it as soon as possible.
COD orders can be cancelled directly from the registered account before it gets shipped.
For prepaid orders, please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org /
+91 9869986911 to cancel the order and put in an online cancel request on my account page.
If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped:
If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product.
If you have received the product then only 50% of the product amount will be returned as Banayega Cash in your Banayega account which can be used for future purchases.
If I want to ship my product back:
Only in case of any manufacturing defect the return courier charges will be given as Banayega Cash to the customer.
The customer has to send us a picture of the shipping receipt via email(email@example.com) / Whatsapp(9869986911).
Maximum of Rs 100 for the shipping charges will be given as Banayega Cash.
In other cases, the customer has to bear the shipping charges.
Where should I return my product?
You could courier the product to us at the address mentioned below.

If there is a Manufacturing Defect/Damage in Transit:
Should be reported to us within 3 days after you’ve received the product, the product will not be eligible for replacement if Banayega is notified after 3 days.
Refunds will be made in the form of Banayega Cash within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 9869986911 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

- When you register you get 250 Banayega Cash in your account
- When you share each product of ours on Facebook, Twitter using the website you get 10 Banayega Cash for your each share.
- Upload your picture on the website with our product or upload it on Instagram and tag us and get 50 Banayega Cash points.
- When you buy a product you get 50% of Banayega Cash of the product value.
For e.g. If you buy any product worth Rs 100 you get 50 Banayega Cash.
- You don’t get Banayega Cash for the value you spend on shipping.
- You don’t get Banayega Cash for discounted purchase on the website.
